Noemi’s rooms Rovinj is located in the center of the beautiful old town of Rovinj and just a few steps away from the main square and the famous Balbi’s arch. The bright three-bed duplex is located on the first floor of Noemi’s rooms and offers 31 square meters of living space on two floors overall. The stairs connect this floor to the room with two single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet on the upper level.
